We would like to invite you to join us for a virtual session with a focus on recognizing and navigating burnout. The holidays and year end are right around the corner and there may be a lot on your mind.
We hope to host this session to share some advice on how to recognize and manage burnout so you can feel more at ease as you wrap up the year.

Emily is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Illinois. She has training and experience working with people throughout the life spectrum. In her private practice, she works with adults, couples, and families. She is committed to ongoing learning around anti-racist practices. She is also a fierce healthcare reform advocate, and for the better part of the past 8 years, she has participated in helping to draft legislation at both the state and federal level to make healthcare more accessible and affordable to all. Her specialties include: •mood disorders •anxiety disorders •perinatal mood and anxiety disorders •relationship issues •life stage transitions •grief and loss •trauma

Sana is a true student of the business and consequently a successful cross-functional leader. She currently oversees the US Field Marketing Strategy for Dairy Queen's 4000+ restaurants and has previously worked at McDonald's Corporation in Field Marketing, Global Marketing, Global Digital and US Ops departments, giving the true marketer in her, a permanent ops lens. Sana graduated from an Executive MBA program at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management – and was selected to be the Best & Brightest MBAs of 2022 by Poets & Quants for Executives. Sana was born in the Middle East and primarily grew up in Toronto, Canada and married here, in Chicago. She has been married for 16 years and has two daughters, Sofia (11) and Sarah (8). What drives her every day is her ability to contribute to corporate transformations, while being open and humble enough for personal transformations.
