Andrea is passionate about digital and disruptive technologies, and she leads and grows high impact global teams. She has a proven track record for execution and rolling out global systems/platforms. She is currently SVP, Head of Delivery / Customer Success at ForeverHuman.ai where they are helping companies across multiple industries with their business transformation and change management initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. From 2022 – 2024, she was Executive Director of Global PMO at Ingram Micro and part of the change movement helping Ingram’s Digital transformation with the launch of their globalXvantage platform. From 2015 - 2022, she was at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she managed the Global IT Portfolio Book of Work across all brands and was responsible for all IT applications within the Consumer Care ecosystem (Salesforce, Five9, Sprinklr) across 6 regions.
