Ramu Lingala is the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Encova Insurance. He is an effective leader with over 30 years of experience in the field of insurance, with 15 of those years as an Executive Leader in managing large scale transformations. Prior to Envcova, Ramu served as the VP of Independent Agency Technology & Commercial Lines Products for Liberty Mutual, led as State Auto’s VP & CTO and spent 20 years with Allstate Insurance Co. Ramu is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and organizational agility.
